Shift4 Transition - i never recived the docusign and no respond from them

Hi Team
Need your assistance, we never recived the docusign document, i am not sure to whom is was sent... and i am emailing: [email protected]

there is no respond, do i need to update the contact in the funding account?
the August 11, 2026 timeline is not realistic if no respond from the team!

Hi @Orit_Dor , thank you for reaching out on the Community. If the contact for the funding account is no longer the correct contact, then yes, please update that information. We were informed this morning that Shift4 should be sending an official update today with extended dates into September. Additionally, I have reached out to the account manager for your company to provide additional support and guidance. Once I hear back, I will send you a private message with an update. If in the meantime, you receive a response from Shift4 and get what you need, let me know.
