@Bookkeeper as an individual user, you only have the option to create a pdf of their expense report. As an Expense Processor you can export a list of reports to Excel, but not with the level of detail you are looking for. You would need the Analytics permission found on the Reporting tab when you view your profile as a site administrator. The role is Consumer. This will give you access to Analytics. There will be some standard reports already created. These you can export to Excel.
