Same Expense Report posted twice after setting a new connection

Dear Community,

After setting a new connection in CTE_SETUP, some ER's already posted by old connection, where posted by the new one.

My guess is that these Document had some wrong status that made the program pick them up again as new ones.

Did this happen to anyone?

How can it be prevented?
