Salesforce (SFDC) to Concur Connector

Hi Everyone,

Has anyone recently implemented or worked with the Salesforce to Concur Connector? I’m looking to understand your experiences with it. Specifically:

1. Pros and Cons:

   • What benefits have you seen with the connector?
   • Are there any limitations or challenges you’ve encountered?

2. Technical Details:

   • How does the connector handle data sync (e.g., accounts, opportunities, expense allocations)?
   • Is it straightforward to set up, or are there specific technical hurdles?
   • Are there any middleware tools you’d recommend or avoid if the built-in connector wasn’t sufficient?

Any insights, tips, or best practices would be greatly appreciated!

@Rman68 I suggest requesting to join the admin group and posting your question there. This forum tends to be more trafficked by end users and not those who would work with Concur Connectors. 

FYI...to be admitted to the admin group, you do need admin permissions in your instance of SAP Concur.
