Tool Reimbursement Expense App dose not work cant log in but thru email

@hz38238jn did you try logging in to the web version of SAP Concur at: www.concursolutions.com? If you haven't yet logged in on the web, you won't be able to log in to the mobile app.

I'm not sure of how this program works. I've been reading on this program. I'm still figuring this program out. If you have any information thatcould help me thank you.

@Jsmith1980 are you referring to our Mobile App, our Web version or both? Did you look here in our End User resources to get an idea of how to get started? Mouse over Resources on the menu bar and select End User Resources to see what content we have for you.
