SAP Concur to SAP ByD - VAT Value Overwrite

Hi guys, I hope you can help me.

We are using the native integration between Concur and SAP ByD.  Its all working as expected.

Concur has the SAP ByD Tax codes in its configuration, and is passing these values, i.e. 6, as well as the gross and tax values its already calculated across to SAP ByD when creating Journal Entries.  My question is, if I open up the Tax Field in Concur so they can type any VAT ££ value , will SAP ByD ignore the VAT value entered manually by the user and use the Tax Code % rate already stored in SAP ByD to calculate the VAT ££ value again, or will it just accept the manually entered tax value ££ its been given by the Integration ?

It is passing the Tax code across to SAP ByD already and working well in this respect. I was just wondering if SAP ByD uses it and re calculates the VAT ££ value when it receives the Gross value from the integration.

Hope this makes sense. Any guidance would be appreciated.

@Snell I see that the company you work for is a certified Concur Partner. Did you submit your question to the Partner Support Portal?

Partners should use the Partner Support Portal for all their questions and to get support. We have a team of support engineers that are assigned specifically to our certified partners, so our expectation is you use that resource.

Thank you,
Kevin
