SAP Concur Transaction Reporting

Hi All.  I am new to Concur.  I am having a hard time trying to lock down a transaction report to compare to our credit card statements.  What's the best way to run a report that can be exported to excel and compared to CC statements?  Bonus if I can get the report that shows the last 4 of the credit card.  I am not concerned with reimbursements; I am mainly trying to improve our CC reconciliation process.

@Smadden Cognos reporting is your best option for getting such a report. Since you are new to SAP Concur, I'll take an educated guess you aren't familiar with Cognos reporting. You will notice that some classes are labeled as Query Studio and other as Report. When you sign in to SAP Concur and click the Home option in the upper left, you will see Reporting as an option on the left side of the drop down menu. If under reporting it says Analysis, then you'll want to sign up for the Query Studio class. If it says Intelligence, then sign up for the Report class.

Access to Cognos does require certain roles/permissions so you would need to get your site admin to add the appropriate role to your profile.

Thank you for sending.  We don't have any reporting options.  Only options to start

a new query. I looked at a reporting video, but we do not have any of those reports.
