SAP Concur - Data backup Including Invoice and Expense Receipts

Hi there!

I hope you're doing well! My company wants to back up all our data, including expenses and invoice receipts from Concur, as we may switch to a new spend management program soon.

I can easily download expenses and invoices as Excel or CSV files, but I’m having trouble figuring out how to save the attached receipts for both expenses and invoices. We need these receipts for future audits and legal reasons.

If anyone has experience with this and can share some simple steps or guidance, I would really appreciate it. Your help would mean a lot!

@shkhan5094 I believe we have a service where you can get the receipts extracted. We have an Image Delivery Extract via SFTP option or you can use the Spend Documents v4 API to extract receipt images. If you want both expense report data and receipt images, you may have to use a combination of our services. Extract Services can provide Expense and Invoice data and does come with a fee. Image Delivery Extract is for scheduled bulk delivery of images where the API is for on-demand or filtered retrieval of images. 

I suggest speaking with your assigned Customer Success Manager about these options.
