SAP Concur Certification

Hello Folks, 

Concur previously offered Advanced Configuration Certification for admins, but this was retired in January 2024. Many professionals, including myself, are keen on obtaining this certification due to its lifelong validity and its value as proof of expertise and official recognition.

Given that Concur is part of SAP  which provides certifications for almost all the modules and products through the SAP Learning Hub, the absence of a certification option for Concur professionals is a significant letdown for clients with direct relationships with Concur as it leaves professionals without a formal credential to showcase their skills.

I’ve submitted a request through the Customer Influence program to bring back the certification for expense professionals. If this issue affects you, I’d greatly appreciate your support. P.S.  The Advanced Configuration Training remains accessible, and individuals who have previously completed it can utilize the test-out option to regain access if they transition to a new company.

@HarishC hello there. What you posted is not quite accurate. We still offer the advanced configuration class where someone can gain full site access. However, we no longer have the certification that follows the user if they leave the company. This means that if you leave the company and move to another company that uses SAP Concur, you will not have full site access at the new company. It is important to know that it doesn't mean you have to take the class again, as we have a test out option. 

I just wanted to clarify a bit so people wouldn't think we no longer give full site access, as that is still something we do.
