SAP Concur Archiving - Initial Assessment

Need some help in regard to SAP Concur Archiving. Presently I am involved in a project where there are 3 SAP Concur Instances and the client has asked us to do the initial Assessment and not implementation. Can anyone help me how we can do the Initial Assessment in SAP Concur Applications or what are the steps to do the Initial Assessment. Let me know if you have any other queries if I can answer you.

Can you please clarify what do you mean by initial assessment and SAP Concur Archiving? 

As per my understanding client is asking for initial assessment means they want you to check existing SAP Concur setup/configuration and understand the system. Does my understanding is correct?
