@sundarjjcs when you say "it was appeared on credit card transactions" does that mean you can see them in the web version of SAP Concur or that you can see them on your credit card statement?
I would suggest signing in to the web version of SAP Concur and see if the transactions are there. If not, then most likely the transactions haven't uploaded yet. Transactions on average take anywhere from 3-10 days to appear within the Concur system. Checking in the web version to see if they appear there helps to determine if there is an issue or not.
