SAP Concur App not combining expense photos

The SAP app used to allow you to select multiple photos and then would give you the option to combine those photos as a single expense. I no longer see that option.

Additionally, when selecting multiple photos to upload as SEPARATE receipts, it is hit or miss with how many the app will actually upload. 

This seems to be a recent issue. Have tried deleting and re-downloading the app but that did not help either issue. Anyone know a fix?

Can you please try below steps. 

I tried following these steps and it is working fine for me in iPhone. I am able to combine/select multiple photos and attach as receipt.

this is not how the app functioned a few months ago.  before, we could combine 2 or more images into one single receipt, and then use the ExpenseIt function to turn the single combined receipt into an expense. this was incredibly useful. why has this been changed?
