@mgarau I don't remember reading that this was an option, but APIs are not my area of expertise. However, I would suggest using Cognos to see if the report was prepared or submitted by a delegate. Cognos will allow you to see all reports that were submitted in one file. Cognos allows you to see if the report was created and submitted by a delegate.
