Hello
It seems Concur extract for CSV is limited to UTF-16? Is it possible these extracts can be written in UTF-8 format?

@knaymie you might need to reach out to Concur Support for this. From what I read, UTF - 16 seems to be the better option when dealing with languages that use many different characters, like Japanese, Korean and Chinese. Since we have many companies who have employees using these languages, we likely went with the option that is more compatible for them.
If you submit this to Concur Support, could you come back here and let me know what you find out, please?

Thanks. my research shows the same you mentioned. UTF-16 is used mostly in Asia countries for the language, but in EMEA and NA, UTF-8 is preferred
I dont have access to Concur Support, unfortunately.. Not sure if there is someone there or here who can respond with UTF-8 capabilites for NA, LATAM and EMEA.
