Restrict one processor queue to a user

Hi All,

We have an external auditor that reviews expense reports for our users in China. The status of the reports would be 'Approved and in Accounting Review'. 

This auditor receives a report when our internal processors click on the button, 'Requires review'. The issue we have is, when the external auditor accesses the processor, they see reports in all statuses rather than only  'Approved and in Accounting Review'., so they are susceptible to mistakes. 

Any solutions on how to restrict the queue she sees only to this status?

Processors have the ability to create their own custom queries, making it easy to get the reports they need.

@nlynch91 if you have an Employee or Expense Group specifically for China, you can assign the processor role to the auditor and select the group they should have access to. The Processor role is what we call "Group Aware" which means you can assign the role to someone but it is only good for the selected group. See my screenshot below. Choose the role, select a user, choose the group. 

Now, if you do not have a China specific group, then follow what @MEcnx mentions. You would need to set up the query so it returns reports from Chinese employees. Keep in mind, the query must be built by the auditor themselves. You cannot build the query and share it with them.
