Reporting on Accommodation

Hi,

I'm trying to pull together some information on business travel for the past year in our business.  We need to know how many overnight stays we've had and the average duration of the trips.  Anybody got suggestions on how I could pull this from the Intelligence Reporting?

@laura_wilkin See screenshot. This should get you started. I did this in Query Studio. A couple of things to note:

1. Be sure to Group the Employee column/data item. 

2. After grouping, click Hotel Days and then click Edit in the left Menu. Select Summarize. You'll see an option appear at the bottom of your report with a drop down field. Select Average from this list. 

3. You will need to add some sort of date data item so you can filter for last year.
