Report on send backs

I know how to get reports of expenses I have approved during the year.  Is there a way to get a report of expenses I sent back to the employee for the past year?

@AKRSTIM there isn't a Standard Report for this, but you can build this report quite easily in Cognos. 

I ask this with almost all questions regarding Cognos. What is your level of Cognos report building on a scale of 1-10, with 1 being "what is Cognos" to 10 being "I can build reports in my sleep".  I ask because the amount of steps needed for someone who would rate themselves below 6 would be a lot more than someone who is a 7 or above.
