Report- Total expenses year to date

I am trying to generate a report for expense total year to date LESS one employee.   When I open Intelligience Reporting, there is no data in any of my reports.    Am I missing a step??

@RHM0607 could you please open the report in Intelligence and screenshot all your data items? Also, if you could open your filter that is supposed to exclude the one employee an screenshot the details, that will help me as well.
