Receipts missing from Available expense

Hi,

im not able to find all the recipes uploaded from 3rd, 4th and 5th JUne, the only one i recently uploaded Taxi bill only visible

Hello @skanumet ,

If you uploaded the receipts using the SAP Concur app, check whether your company uses ExpenseIt, because in that case they may appear in Available Expenses rather than Available Receipts.

If you emailed them, make sure your email address is verified and that the file format is supported.

And if the receipts from June 3, 4, and 5 still do not appear, the best next step is to ask your company’s Concur administrator to open a support case so it can be reviewed.
