Receipts at Concur dot com not loading to Concur

I have several cardholders whose receipts aren't loading to Concur when they email receipts@concur.com

Anyone have ideas on how to fix? I tested it with my own email and it is working for me.

@asiverson were these card holders previously not having issues emailing receipts? Are these employees new to using SAP Concur? There are a few questions that need answering before we can begin to identify a possible issue and solution.
