Reading & Exporting Google Maps fields

Hello, 

I have an issue related tot he Google Maps Integration.

When we export data from Process Reports, the location information returned is not the corrected address from Google Maps, but rather the original search input entered by the employee.

For example, if an employee searches for "BLL AIR", Google Maps correctly identifies this as Billund Airport and stores the address as "Passagerterminalen 10, 7190 Billund" in Concur. However, when exporting the data, the "from location" is shown as "BLL AIR" instead of the resolved address.

Do you have any suggestions on how to resolve this? We would like to use the correct address information for custom-built reports in SAP Analytics Cloud.

@jeskongerslev have you tested this with multiple users? The system should be reading whatever is in the To and From fields on the Expense Report, which is populated by what appears on the Mileage Calculator. 

I just tested this myself and when I viewed the report as a processor, it showed me what the mileage calculator had calculated, not what I searched for. I typed in Sky Harbor into the To field on the Mileage Calculator screen. Google found it and changed it to Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport. Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport is what appears when I view the report as a processor. 

So, I'm not quite sure how to help you since it is working as I expected it to on my end and I'm not able to recreate what you described.

@jeskongerslev hello again. Could you tell me the entity you are working in please and the name of the expense report in question? 

I'm asking because I have to believe something you are seeing isn't right for some reason. When a user searches in the Mileage Calculator for the From and To locations, when they click Add to Expense and then go back to the expense report, they will see what the Google Maps found and that is what is saved into the From and To fields on the report. Typing into the these fields doesn't trigger anything. 

I'd like to look at the report you saw this happening with. Also, did you create the expense report or did someone else?
