Re-sending Invite Link To User On Concur Professional

We have upgrade to Concur professional from standard. I was told by support that you cannot re-send an invite link once user account was created on Concur professional. Does anyone know if this is correct? I find it odd that you would not be able to re-send invite to user.

@mhenrybayc Support is correct. The email invite is only for manually created new users and cannot be resent. 

 

I'm curious, why do you want to send the invite to already created users?

Hey Kevin,

 

When we were on standard, I would be able to re-send the link as needed due to users not seeing the link until a later time and I also would send the link once they received their company card.
