Re-ordering column headings in a report

I really HATE the new Expense Report layout in Concur! They changed the layout of the column headings and now, instead of being able to screenshot the date, vendor and amount together, I have to screenshot the entire width of the screen. I should be able to move the columns around to present the information in the way that works best for ME. I should not be locked into whatever configuration the bozos at Concur decided looks best.

It's obvious that there is no way for me to fix this but at the very least, Concur should allow me to go back to the old layout instead of being forced to accept the new configuration. All you did was make my job more DIFFICULT, and I really hate that Concur did that!

Yes, completely agree that the order of the columns in an expense report makes no sense anymore after the latest layout update - the date, vendor and amount should be next to each other for most obvious reasons! There is another new feature that makes no sense to me - why have "Attributes" column merge the "show allocation summary" and the "view credit card"?

@cbaker2001 Hello there. While I understand you are frustrated, please keep in mind that our community Rules of Engagement due state that members of the community be respectful with their posts.

Having said that, may I ask why you are taking screenshots of your expense report? I'm asking so that I might possibly provide a workaround or alternative.

Thank you,

I take screenshots to send to the people I do expense reports for as a quick visual to see what receipts are still needed. And I do that because even though Concur generates expense report summaries that are sent to the owners of the account as well as to me as their delegate, the people I work for never look at those summaries. So, I am forced to chase them down, often multiple times, to get them to provide their receipts.
