@axf5675 this Community is not where you would submit your expenses. To submit expenses, you need an SAP Concur profile, which is different than the Community profile you created.
I did a search and it looks like you do have an SAP Concur profile. To sign in to the SAP Concur tool, go to www.concursolutions.com. Enter your username (this will be your work email). Click Next. On the next screen you will see two options. I would recommend using the Sign in with an email link option. This should send you an email that contains a link you can click to sign in to the SAP Concur tool. Once you are signed in, click Home in the upper left. Select Expense from the drop-down menu.
Once you get to the Manage Expenses screen go to this community article: How Do I Create and Submit an Expense Report in the Desktop Version of Concur Expense?
In the article you will step-by-step instructions. Start with Step 3. That should get you pretty much through the process. Keep in mind these steps are generic and not specific to RN License. If you need further assistance, I would suggest contacting your direct manager.
