'Please add your banking information to your Profile' Error

Hi all, 

 

I'm trying to submit an expense claim in Sap Concur but under every expense there is an error that says I need to add my banking information to my profile in order to submit the claim. But I have added my bank information my profile in the Bank Information section (yes, I have pressed 'Save and Authorise'), they've been on the system for four days now. Does anyone know how this might be resolved? Doesn't appear to be any obvious reason unless I'm being silly somehow.

@withers333 I went into your profile and see that your report has been submitted. I take it the issue has been resolved then?

@chrisvair what exactly is the issue? Are you not seeing the option to add the banking information? It would be accessed by clicking your initials in the upper right of the Concur home page. Select Profile Settings. When the Settings page appears look for Expense Information on the left-hand side. Under Expense Information see if there is a Banking Information option. 

 

From what I see looking at your profile, the option should be there. Give it a look and let me know what you see. 🙂

I have had users with this issue and it was resolved by moving everything into a new report and submitting.  Give it a try and fingers crossed.

Thank you both for your replies. 
@KevinD The issue is that I added my banking information 4 days ago but when I am trying to submit an expense report, I get the following error 'Action: Please go to your Profile and add your banking information. Once your banking information is confirmed you will be able to submit the expense report.'
@laffertyme I deleted my previous report and created a new one but unfortunately, I get the same error again.

@chrisvair it sounds to me like it just hasn't been confirmed yet. Unfortunately the resolution is to wait. You should receive a notification when it has been confirmed.
