I'm trying to submit an expense claim in Sap Concur but under every expense there is an error that says I need to add my banking information to my profile in order to submit the claim. But I have added my bank information my profile in the Bank Information section (yes, I have pressed 'Save and Authorise'), they've been on the system for four days now. Select Profile Settings. When the Settings page appears look for Expense Information on the left-hand side. Under Expense Information see if there is a Banking Information option.
