Per Diem Travel Allowance Information

Looking for any help in setting up and managing a Per Diem method of paying meals expenses to employees.  We are a Global company and would like to have ease of maintaining an automatic per diem payment listing for breakfast, lunch, dinner and a daily rate within the CONCUR system!  Any help or information appreciated.
