I have several users that when they receive an email with the pdf receipt (from Amex typically), they select the add then select “share”. They select the concur app, which opens and asks if they wish to upload the receipt and then confirm.
Until ~3 weeks ago, this worked fine. Now they get a message in concur: “the selected pdf is either corrupted or password protected and cannot be uploaded”.
Please review and correct. If this method is not viable anymore, please tell me how to upload receipts into concur for expenses.
