@Acler the only way is for someone to build you a report in the Cognos reporting tool that would send to you showing these non-expensed charges.
The trick is first, finding someone at your company who has access to the Cognos tool and two getting that person to build you the report.
People with access to this tool are usually in the Finance, Accounting or Payroll departments. That is where I would start asking.
