One user who cannot access all of the expense types

Hi, 

Help!  I have one user who cannot access all of the admin expense types?  I have made sure their configuration matches mine, but I don't know what else to do.

Hi @SLynch1 ,

To access expense type configuration section from admin side person must have any of the below roles:

• Expense Configuration Adminstrator (Unrestricted) - With this person should be able to create new or modify existing expense type.
• Experience Configuration Adminstrator (Restricted) - With this, person will have read only access to expense type section.

Check if that user has any of this role. If not then you need to assign restricted role from user permissions section. After that you can ask user to sign out and sign in and then user should be able to access.

If having required roles assigned and still not able to access then you may raise a Concur support ticket for the same.
