Notify employee that expense report has been rejected

Hi All, 

 I need to find a way that employees are notified only when the expense report has been rejected.

Is there such a possibility? Many thanks for any hint.

Unfortunately no. The system is designed to send an email upon the status change of a report. 

However, you may be able to create an email reminder (if you are on SAP Concur Professional) that will send out an email to the user if they have a report with a Sent Back / Returned status. The email would not go out immediately, but that night. 

Do you know if you are on an SAP Concur Professional configuration?
