New Home Page not loading - Error 500

My organization's users are receiving an Error 500 when trying to access the Home Page or act as a proxy/delegate.

 

We have found a work around but since we are heading into month end, touching bases with all users will cause quite the hassle.

 

Is anyone experiencing a similar issue or found a fix for this?

In various SAP Concur KBs on Error Code 500 - they say the steps for users to take to mitigate the issues are:

When receiving this error, please pursue the following troubleshooting steps:

  1. Clear their browser cache:

    1. In computer, click Start menu

    2. Go to Control Panel

    3. Select Internet Options

    4. Click General tab 

    5. Under Browsing History, click Delete

    6. Select all areas you would like to Delete

    7. Click Delete

  2. Attempt to access reports in different browsers (Firefox, IE, Windows)


I, nor my users, were successful in resolving this Error 500 issue when we performed the steps above.  I have submitted a Concur  Support Case and am waiting to hear back from them.  I will update you if they give us any info that could help you and your organisation!
