New Administrator - Late expense notifications

I am getting emails concerning late charges.  They are probably charges for individuals no longer with the company and are not submitted for review.  How can I find the person the charges belong to?

do you have access to Cognos or Concur intelligence? You should have available a standard report for Unsubmitted Credit Card Transactions. If you run that report you will be easily have the list of people with "Late Payment fees" 

OR

Since you are the administrator, I have worked with a few credit card companies that also provide reports with delinquency charges or late payments, so I would contact them to have those reports or have access to their system to pull them out.
