Multiple users are unable to submit claims in Concur

Hi All.

Multiple users are unable to submit claim in concur. The dialog box becomes blank and users are unable to click on submit claim. Please find the attached images for this

@suhassridharan is this still happening? If so, have you had them clear their cache or trying using a different browser to see if that clears up the issue?

We tried clearing the cache, history. Updated the browser. Tried safari, firefox and brave browser as well. Tried incognito mode on all the browsers. No luck at all
