@DavidPLambert I'm not sure why there were two charges, but if you booked your trip using Concur Travel, then getting GBT charges is expected. These are the fees charged by your travel agency for fulfilling the bookings. Maybe the travel agency's total fee is $6, but for some reason they split it into two charges.
Does your trip include Air and Hotel? If so, it might explain the two charges: one for fulfilling the air ticket and one for fulfilling the hotel reservation.
