Multiple Expense Report Submit

I submitted the same Expense report several times (4x) already.

Nonetheless, I recieve the notification mail that the receipts haven´t been submitted, which is obviously not true...

Anyone experienced this already?

Note: I´m from germany and I´m supposed to submit the original receipts in paper form by mail
