How to modify the allocation after the expense has been submitted

@Miguel_Anaya if this is a report you submitted for either yourself or someone else, you will not be able to modify it while it is in a submitted status. Only approvers and processors can edit a submitted report.

 

You can recall the report if you need to make edits. Once recalled, make your changes, then resubmit. 

 

To recall it, sign in, click Expense at the top of the screen which takes you to the Manages Expenses screen. You should see the report tile. Click on it to open, then look for the recall button. As long as the report has not been fully approved, you should be able to recall it.
