I am experiencing an issue with receipt uploads in the SAP Concur mobile app.
Previously, attaching a receipt photo would automatically apply it to the corresponding expense. However, this functionality stopped working at some point. The app now gets stuck on “Uploading…” or “Loading new changes…”, and the receipts are not applied to the expenses.
The affected receipts are also not visible in the web version of SAP Concur. Please see the attached screenshot for reference.
These receipt photos are not saved in my phone’s photo gallery, and I do not have separate copies available to upload again. It is therefore essential that the existing receipt images are preserved and recovered.
Could you please investigate the issue, recover the affected receipts, and restore the functionality that automatically applies them to the corresponding expenses?
Before recommending steps such as reinstalling the app or clearing its data, please confirm whether these actions could cause the receipt images to be lost.
