Mobile Expense report unable to submit

I keep trying to submit a mobile expense report but get a warning that concur doesn't have my bank info in my profile however I updated my info in touchstone 3 days ago. idk what to do.

@MrsErich I would give it a few more days.  If you still get the same message, I would suggest speaking with your direct manager about it. 

 

We cannot really help because Touchstone is specific to your company and not an SAP Concur product. The info should be feeding to SAP Concur, but we don't know what that timeline is, unfortunately.
