Mobil APP crashes

Hello,
I have a problem with the mobile app.
If I switch on the Expenselt in the parameters, I take a picture and the app crashes.
I have to switch off the Expenselt, take the picture and create the expense in manual.
I tried to empties the cache of the application, uninstall and reinstall without succes.
I have the last version => V10.17.0 and my Android version is 13.
Some others collegues have also the same problem.
I think that the Android version is too old, can you confirme that ?
