Missing the "Expense Report" area on Concur so I cannot reclaim expenses

Dear Team,

I cannot find any area/button to create an expense report or to reclaim expenses I made with a personal card (my corporate card is not arrived yet). I found the following guidance in an article "To create an expense report, go to the menu bar in Concur and click Expense." but the issue is that I do not have any button named as Expense in my Concur interface.

Would someone be able to help me ?

Hello Kevin, 

I have the same issue, I couldn`t see any function like New report expense,... in main menu, only have Enter Reservation and Required Approvals. What are the next steps I should  take to address this issue?
