@dejball2 the itinerary builder doesn't have the capability to find street names and only the major cities/towns are loaded into the system. If you can't find the exact small town, then try choosing a town close to where you visited.
Also, towns/cities can be added by your site administrator if it is a city/town frequently visited by your company's employees.
I tried looking at your expense report, but I don't see any in your profile. Are you acting as a delegate?
