Missing Receipts when acting as a delegate

When I am logged in as an authorised delegate while my colleague is on leave, I can see the expenses pending approval, but no receipts are visible for review.

Hello @EddieBell 

 

Surely, the reason the Receipts link does not appear is because the delegate was not given the "Can view Receipts" access when assigned as a Delegate.

 

The Delegator or your Concur Administrator can also enable this function for their Delegate to view/add/delete receipts for them by following these steps:

 

  1. Navigate to Profile Profile Settings Expense Delegates
  2. Find the delegate who needs to view Receipts.
  3.  Check the Can View Receipts box.
  4. Click Save.
