If the Expense button is missing from the SAP Concur web page, it may be caused by missing user permissions, an inactive Expense service assignment, or a navigation change.

Check the below:

1. Check User Permissions: Verify that the user has the appropriate Expense User role.
2. Verify Product Access: Confirm that SAP Concur Expense is enabled and assigned to the affected user.
3. Check Navigation: Look for Expense under the Home page or application navigation menu.
4. Test Another User: Determine whether the issue affects one user or multiple users.

Ask your SAP Concur Administrator to verify the Expense User role under

Company Administration → User Permissions → Expense

If the role is already assigned and multiple users are affected, please check SAP Concur Service Status

and escalate to SAP Concur Support for investigation of product access or provisioning issues.

Question: Is the Expense button missing for one user or all employees?
