Mileage Reimbursement, Province Error

Good morning,

 

One of my colleagues is trying to submit a mileage reimbursement claim, but there is an error saying, "Province is required for this expense type." despite the province being included in the expense details. This error seems to be localized to their account, as I cannot recreate the same error on my account. 

 

I've attached a screenshot showing what they've filled in. I'm not sure what is causing the error message.

@EAmii2024 could you private message me the employee's name, please? I'd like to "snoop" around and see what I can find, if anything. Just click my username (KevinD). You will see a Message button.

The province field was left blank in the employee's profile setup! Thank you for the quick sleuthing, @KevinD!

@EAmii2024 what is in the Vehicle ID field in the screenshot? It doesn't look like an actual vehicle ID. Can you have the user try and make a selection for this field using the drop down arrow then save.

Hi @KevinD, thank you for your reply. That vehicle ID is what they named their personal vehicle in their profile. I reviewed the Vehicle ID, and it was set up correctly - the Territory is General. I've updated their Vehicle ID to see if that could have been causing the error but that didn't solve the issue. Milage error 2.png
