Mileage Configuration for multiple groups in the same Country

Site has multiple UK groups with different Expense type needs but the same UK Car configuration requirement.  

It appears you can only add a single Country Configuration to a Single Employee Group.  Can you add UK many times and then add a different Group each time ?)  The configuration only shows single option radial button for a group on the configuration screen.

Technically it is not feasible to add UK multiple times and assign it to the different employee group. This is by design.

@KevinD - Can you please confirm on this point.
