Hi

This was an isolated instance affecting one employee. Had her delete cache/cookies and do a restart, that fixed it for her.

@jcomeaux from the error message, it looks like they have to enable functional cookies. Not sure what browser they are using, but if they aren't sure how to do that, they should be able to Google it or ChatGPT it.

Thank you,

Hi @jcomeaux ,

As mentioned by @XYZ , clearing the browser cookies resolves this issue. A few employees at my current client are experiencing a similar issue, and we are recommending the same workaround to them.

If this answers your query, then please mark solution as accepted.

Thanks!

Hi @jcomeaux

Please check the below. Hope it helps.

If multiple nurses are experiencing errors when opening the SAP Concur Mileage Calculator, this may indicate a shared browser, mapping-service, network, or Concur configuration issue.

Recommended Troubleshooting:

  1. Try another browser: Use Chrome or Microsoft Edge in Incognito/InPrivate mode.

  2. Clear browser cache and cookies, then sign back in.

  3. Check network restrictions: Ensure the organization's firewall or browser security settings are not blocking the mileage mapping service.

  4. Test multiple users: Determine whether the issue affects all nurses or only specific employees.

  5. Check Concur configuration: Ask the Expense Administrator to verify mileage expense settings and user access.

  6. Escalate to SAP Concur Support: If the issue persists, provide the error screenshot, affected user IDs, browser versions, and timestamps.

Recommendation: Since multiple employees are affected, prioritize checking the shared network and mileage mapping service rather than changing individual employee profiles.

One question: Does the error occur when nurses click Mileage Calculator, or only after they enter their starting and destination addresses?

Thanks & Regards
