Mileage Calculator - Is not showing up

Not sure if this is happening to just my group or everyone else using Concur Personal Mileage but the mileage calculator is not showing up. How can I get that mileage calculator back for my end users to use?

I'm experiencing the same issue. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

@Johanna36 just so I am clear, the calculator was showing up for these users and now it isn't? Just trying to get a clear picture of the situation. Not showing up vs. Used to show up, but now doesn't are too very different things. 🙂
