Meal Overages/ attendess

Hi,

We are reviewing are meal allowance amounts.   Are there any reports out there that can give the meal amount and show if there were any additional attendees for that meal? 

I found this report EXPENSE ENTRY ANALYSIS DETAILS (GROUPED BY EXPENSE TYPE) but it doesn't say if any attendees were included for the total amount to know what the average cost per person per meal would be.   And advice or direction would be appreciated.

SAP Concur – Meal Expense and Attendee Reporting

To analyze meal allowances accurately, please use SAP Concur Intelligence (Cognos) to create a custom report combining meal expenses and attendee details.

The Expense Entry Analysis Details (Grouped by Expense Type) report provides meal expense amounts but may not include attendee details.

Check:

1. Concur Intelligence / Cognos: Check for available Attendee Detail or Expense Entry Attendee reports.
2. Custom Report: Combine meal expense entries with attendee information using the available reporting data.
3. Required Fields: Expense Report ID, Expense Entry ID, Meal Amount, Attendee Name, Attendee Count, and Transaction Date.
4. Calculation: Divide the total meal amount by the number of attendees, including the employee when applicable.
