Looking for Concur Expert in Raleigh, NC

Bit of an odd request, but I'm a tech recruiter with Robert Half based in Raleigh, NC, and I recently got a contract for a Concur Expert who's supposed to come in and help my client fix their implementation and guide their further use of it. It's hybrid in Raleigh, but if you have this experience and can only work remote, please still reach out, as I may be able to convince them to move the role remote in a worst case scenario.
